In order to be able to offer our customers tailor-made quality, we naturally machine the aluminum profiles according to their wishes. With our  expanded CNC machinery, we are able to offer an even wider range of different types of processing.

In the mechanical processing we carry out the following machining processes:

• Punching
• Drilling
• CNC milling
• Miter cutting
• Fixed length cutting
• Thread cutting
• Deburring
• Trovalizing
• Grinding, brushing, polishing
• Foiling
• Assembly work (by agreement also development of special machines and assembly lines for this purpose)
• Feeding (e.g. feeding of rubber seals, thermal bridges etc.)
• Special packaging

With our 5-axis bar machining center with six-sided machining, we can supply ready-to-install profiles up to 10,300 mm with end-face machining and up to 10,540 mm without end-face machining.
